When will my order be
shipped?  When will it
arrive?
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday)
following receipt of your order and payment.  Orders are shipped USPS
Priority Mail which usually takes 2-5 business days (1-2 business days for
orders within CA).  For local orders that do not require shipping, please
put "no shipping required" in the "order comments" section during PayPal
checkout and the shipping charges will be credited back to your original
form of payment.
How will I know my
order has shipped?
We will send an email notification once your order is shipped along with
shipment tracking information.  
What if I have questions
about my order or need to
make changes?  
After submitting your order, you can email any questions or changes to
orders@edgyprincess.com.  
Do you accept
returns?  
Since all our rings are designed and handmade in France, the designers
may send us many rings of a certain style at the same time and then
other ring styles at a later date.  Please let us know if an item you want
is on backorder and we will do our best to see if we can get it for you.

What does is mean if an
item is on backorder?  
We want you to enjoy your shopping experience with Edgy Princess.  
In the event that your unworn/unused item purchased from
EdgyPrincess.com does not meet your expectations, you may return
it (in its original packaging) postmarked within 10 days of the date
you receive your package for credit to your original payment method
or for exchange, less any shipping charges.

We will only refund the original shipping cost on your order if you
received the incorrect item or the item sent was defective.  In that
instance, your returned or exchanged item will be shipped at no cost
to you via USPS Priority Mail.  Please use the most economical for an
amount greater than your original purchase amount.

Please note that if you are requesting an exchange for a different
style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange.

information required for you to return your merchandise.

Do you gift wrap?  
Do gift items include
receipts?  
All rings (whether a gift for you or a gift for someone else) will be
packaged in our
signature EP chocolate brown boxes* with coordinating
flower embellishments.  All shipments include receipts with pricing.  If you
are sending a gift and would like us to include a gift receipt without the
pricing in the shipment, please let us know when you get to the "order
comments" section during PayPal checkout or send an email to
orders@edgyprincess.com immediately following PayPal checkout.  We can
also include a gift message from you, just sent us the note details!  
*Note: Shipping is calculated using standard USPS Priority Mail rates.

How do I know my
ring size?  
All rings are size adjustable at the base, so you will be able to adjust
your ring to fit perfectly.  The benefit of having the rings adjustable at
the base is so they don't appear adjustable and they are very sturdy.
